5th Annual PPP Awareness Day May 2, 2025
Pregnancy & Postpartum Psychosis (PPP) Awareness Day, the first US-based awareness campaign hosted by Cherished Mom, is an annual campaign dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of postpartum psychosis, a severe mental health condition affecting new mothers. This year PPP Awareness Day will be held on May 2, 2025.
Please join us as we offer training, resources and support to uplift survivor voices. We aim to Raise awareness & decrease stigma about PPP, educate the public and families at risk about the signs and symptoms of PPP, and train Perinatal Health Care Providers, First Responders, and Mental Health Providers to recognize and respond effectively to PPP to reduce trauma and save lives.

The "Is Mom Ok?" maternal suicide awareness and prevention campaign is dedicated to raising awareness about maternal suicide and empowering communities to support new mothers' mental health.
Maternal suicide is a devastating yet preventable tragedy, and this campaign aims to break the silence surrounding perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), end the stigma and provide resources for those who need them. Founded in 2024 by Cherished Mom, we were able to reach 1.2 million people with the help of our sponsors and partners.
